100 Vaginal Mesh Lawsuits Settled in Georgia

Johnson & Johnson Vaginal Mesh Settlement in Georgia

Johnson & Johnson agreed to settle 111 lawsuits by women that claim permanent injuries from Mentor Transvaginal Mesh.  The exact vaginal mesh product involved in the suits was a Mentor ObTape TransObturator Bladder Sling that was primarily used to treat stress urinary incontinence in women.  J&J maintains that the product is still safe despite them pulling it off the market in 2006.

The Georgia Bladder Sling Lawyers of The Parian Law Firm are currently signing up clients to receive financial compensation if they were implanted with a:
