Cade Parian Selected for Membership in Southern Trial Lawyers Association | Carrollton GA Attorneys

Personal Injury attorney Cade Parian was recently selected for induction into the Southern Trial Lawyers Association.  Cade Parian is the founder of The Parian Law Firm, LLC in Carrollton, Georgia with offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Birmingham, Alabama.  Mr. Parian specializes in representing individuals and their loved ones who have suffered injuries via the negligence of others including car wrecks, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, as well as a host of other situations.  He is licensed to practice in Georgia and Alabama, but has represented people all over the United States. Cade Parian is called upon by numerous national and state level organizations to speak on issues involving representation of injured individuals.  Plain and simple, he is dedicated to achieving justice for people affected by injury and death through someone else’s fault.

About the Southern Trial Lawyers Association

Membership in the Southern Trial Lawyers Association is by nomination presented by a member of the Board of Directors, with approval by other Board members from the nominee’s state.

The Association has sponsored an annual conference every year since 1987. Its annual convention is distinguished by the special warmth and friendliness that is so much a part of southern tradition generally, and the hallmark of relations among southern trial lawyers in particular. In addition, the Association provides the highest quality continuing legal education experience available anywhere in America, and all 13 southern member states have consistently approved the program for CLE credit.

Reserve funds generated from the annual conference are used to support a wide range of philanthropic causes, including most recently the Brain Injury Foundation, the Houston Area Women’s Abuse Shelter, the Kolwyck Memorial Scholarship Fund at the University of Tennessee, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and PATH – A Woman’s Way Home in Birmingham, Alabama.
